Dr. Roger Moukarbel Dr. Roger Moukarbel is a Head and Neck Surgeon and the Head of the Department of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery at Clemenceau Medical Center (CMC) Dubai. He is the Professor and Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Balamand, Lebanon. He was previously a faculty member at the American University of Beirut and has directly trained more than 25 residents. A regional leader in the fields of Head and Neck Oncology and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Dr Moukarbel is triple fellowship trained in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology, Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery from the University of Toronto and Western University in Canada. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Head and Neck Society and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
