Ms. Desiree Francis brings a wealth of experience and dynamic leadership to her role as Director of Marketing and Communications at Tarabichi Healthcare. With over 18 years of experience in marketing and communications, she has a proven track record of crafting and executing innovative strategies and her expertise includes strategic marketing, communications, brand management, event management and ROI Generation through these verticals. She holds a Master’s and Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications both from the University of Karachi 2009. Her expertise spans across various industries, including healthcare, and her extensive career in journalism and marketing has provided her with rich and diverse experiences across the South Asia, Middle East and the United States. She is also an alumnus of the ICFJ’s US-Pakistan Professional Partnership in Journalism and has the honor of having her profile included in a book titled “Who’s Who in Pakistan” published by South Asia Publications (SAP). Ms. Desiree Francis joined Tarabichi Healthcare in 2023, leading the marketing and communications team and overseeing internal and executive communications. Ms. Francis is extremely focused on rebuilding the internal and executive communications strategy and in pursuit of these goals, she has helped implement marketing technology platforms, recruited top talent, and placed an emphasis on data-driven performance.
